Impact New EU Regulation (EU Traders & Processors)

This survey for organic processors and traders in Europe on the expected impacts of the new EU organic regulation N° 2018/848 on smallholder supply chains and  the EU organic market is conducted by FiBL in collaboration with IFOAM-Organics International.

Your participation in this survey is very important to better understand the coming effects of the new EU organic regulation N° 2018/848 on EU organic imports and processing. The results of this and complementary surveys for international organic producers operations and other stakeholders are used in a global FiBL study on the impacts of Regulation (EU) 2018/848, which is conducted with financial support by the Swiss State Secretariate for Economic Affairs SECO. A summary of survey results will be presented at Biofach 2024.

This version of the survey is for EU, Swiss and UK organic organic importers and manufacturers (including retailers with own imports/processing), in particular those sourcing from small or medium size farm supply chains in developing and emerging countries.  If you are another stakeholder, please select a different version.

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes, but you can chose to answer only part of the questions.

IMPORTANT: Your answers will only be saved once you click "next" to change to next section and "submit" at the end of the survey. Or you can click on "resume later" at top right corner of the survey window. Thank you!

Note: Don't worry if you are not yet familiar with the regulatory changes, your participation will still be helpful and may help you to familiarize with coming changes.
