Impact New EU Regulation (Other Stakeholders)

This survey on the expected impacts of the new EU organic regulation N° 2018/848 is for stakeholders who support organic operators such as consultants, competent authorities, development organisations, national organic movements, or organic control staff. It is conducted by the Research Insitute of Organic Agriculture FiBL in collaboration with IFOAM-Organics International.

Your participation in this survey is very important to better understand and evaluate the coming effects of the new EU organic regulation N° 2018/848 on smallholder supply chains in developing and emerging countries and on the EU organic sector. The results of this survey for "other stakeholders" and complementary separate surveys for international organic producer operations and EU organic traders are used in a global FiBL study on the impacts of Regulation (EU) 2018/848, which is conducted with financial support by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO. A summary of survey results will be presented at Biofach 2024.

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes, but you can chose to answer only part of the questions.

Important: Your answers will only be saved once you click on the "next" button to proceed to next section or "submit" at the end of the surveyEven if you only answer part of the questions, please click "next" to go through all sections and "submit" at the end. You can also click on "resume later" at the top right corner of the survey window to save your responses .

Note: Don't worry if you are not yet familiar with the regulatory changes, your participation will still be helpful and may help you to familiarize with coming changes.

For additional questions regarding this "other stakeholder" version of the survey,  you can contact Florentine Meinshausen, f.meinshausen@fibl.org.
